Alejandro will discuss the upcoming Sunstrokes Regatta and their classes and use it as a “social skippers meeting” for the series. The idea is that all fleet captains (Lido, C15, Laser, Snipes, Opti) participate and congregate the sailors in their classes.
You don‘t want to miss out on this one!! We are going to have a fantastico‘ Cinco de Mayo Drinko de Mayo Fiesta! Local sailor and racer Rod Percival will share some of his favorite harbors, anchorages and passage strategies experienced during his 40 years of sailing upon the SoCal Bight.
“We are blessed with some of the best coastal waters on the planet for sailing and power boat passage making. All points from Santa Barbara to San Diego, including the Channel Islands can be accessed comfortably with just a few tips on local knowledge.”
Should be a great talk for those wishing to expand their cruising horizons over the summer months and come join in if you have some favorite spots of your own to share.
