Under sunny skies and with a clubhouse adorned with its new sign, the opening day celebration was a big success. The Sea Cadets presented the colors. There was a large attendance compared to previous years reflecting our membership growth. The traditional Irish coffees and mimosas welcomed the crowd before the ceremony. SCCYC is known for its short ceremony. Following a speech that acknowledged the club’s volunteers and their dedication, Commodore Kris Helm invited the guests to enjoy refreshments.
