SCCYC's Jerome Sammarcelli, a professional sailor and experienced offshore racer, was recently involved in an incident during his double-handed race to Hawaii. Approximately 300 nautical miles offshore, Jerome had to be airlifted by the United States Coast Guard. To get a firsthand account of the story, we will hear from Jerome himself, as shared by him at SCCYC.
