The new clubhouse will be ready to move into any time now. I’ve heard that we can move in next month and that must be true because that’s what I’ve heard every month! The good news is that we are sorting out the slips and dry storage and nobody has to wash dishes. Stay safe and we will see you at the clubhouse next month.
Get ready for one of oldest club races in history. October 18th is Campbell Cup, in honor of 1969 Commodore Robert Campbell. This is a club member only event. We try to get everyone with a boat to participate and in the past encouraged them to have other club members crew. Looks like we will not be doing that kind of socializing this year. But we do plan to run the race. Due to variation in crews and boat layout, health safety will be the responsibility of the Captains and racers. Captains start getting crew ready for the race including new health safety considerations!
